MaE an appointment, dropped my car off at 7:00am. Didn't get a diagnosis call so I called at lunch time and only got the voice mail. I called back at 2:00pm since I still hadn’t heard from them. The guy that answered didn’t know and was going to check on it and call back. Still no call by 2:30pm so I called back again and got another guy and he told me that they wouldn’t be able to pull it into the shop for another hour. I said don’t touch it and I’ll be by to pick it up. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME! Didn’t live up to the radio ads that’s for sure.

Awesome experience. I came in for an oil change, they got me in right away, got me in & out so fast, they didn't try to upsell me on anything, they literally adjusted the AC in the customer lounge because I said I was cold, I mean they really did go above & beyond to make this a comfortable & easy experience. Will absolutely be coming back.

This is the second time I’ve had a nail in my tire where I pulled in on the way out of town , and they took care of the issue while I waited… and were super helpful and friendly on top of working me into an obviously busy day for them. I cannot say enough nice things. .

For many years, I’ve been a Woodie’s customer. I now live near the midtown shop on McDowell Street. The service they provide is always outstanding! As a customer, I am treated with the utmost respect and with consideration for my time. As for my car, whatever is needed, is done right the first time. I could not be happier. I recommend Woodie’s to everyone, confident they will get the same quality of care for their vehicles that I have received. Woodie’s is a an example of what fine service means! Thank you Woodie’s!

Had a great experience at Woodie’s Auto Service with my 1997 Jeep Wrangler. They have been servicing my Jeep for years and always provide top service with trust. For this review they handled an oil change, new tires, a brake rotor, and a fuel injection kit. The team was honest, clearly explained what was needed, and never tried to upsell. Work was done on time, pricing was fair, and my Jeep is running and driving noticeably better. Highly recommend Woodie’s for reliable, professional service—especially for older vehicles.
